Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Information you enter into a calculator (age, income, balances, and similar inputs). Used only to run that calculation in your browser or to generate the report you requested.
• Contact information (name, email, phone). Collected only when you choose to request a report or a follow-up, and stored so we can send it to you and, where relevant, follow up.
• Documents you upload: for example, a life insurance in-force illustration. The document is sent to our AI provider to generate your analysis and is not stored by us unless you choose to email yourself a copy of the results, in which case a summary of the analysis (not the original file) is retained.
• Standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run the tool you requested, email you the results if you ask for them, and, if you provide contact information, to follow up about your results or our services. Where relevant to your results, we may also share your contact information with a partner professional or provider who can help you, for example, a financial, health, or business specialist. We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

3. Third parties we use

• Anthropic: processes documents you upload to generate AI analysis.
• Our CRM (GoHighLevel): stores contact information you submit and sends emails.
• Supabase: stores lead and report data securely.
• Vercel: hosts the Site.
• Partner professionals. Where relevant to your results and only as described in Section 2, a financial, health, or business specialist who can follow up with you.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy and security practices. We only share what’s needed for them to perform their function for us.

4. Your choices

You can use most calculators on this Site without submitting any contact information. To ask us to delete contact information you’ve submitted, email contactus@aibewellthy.com.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change.
