Exercise Programming for Human Potential

Strength, conditioning, mobility, and skill. Programmed toward what you want your body to be able to do.

A closed square, not four separate facts. Trained in only one corner, a body is strong in a straight line and fragile everywhere else.

Choose a capacity below, or click the diagram, to see the mechanics, where it shows up, and what to do about it.

The question worth asking before any program

What do you actually want your body to be able to do? Carry your kids on your shoulders at sixty. Keep up on a hike without your lungs giving out first. Get off the floor without using your hands. That answer should set the program, not the other way around, the goal comes first, the method follows it. And maxing out every session isn’t the goal either: periodization, deliberately varying intensity and volume over weeks and months, lets harder blocks be followed by lighter ones that allow real adaptation to catch up. Maximizing potential is a long game, measured in years, not a personal record chased every single week.

Important information

This curriculum is educational content, not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment plan.
